Rising as a fully certified PADI open water diver, my body ached its way out of bed at Harbourside to feast on our final brekkie with Joe and the guys. Having left Cliff and Dave to enjoy a cheeky one in Plymouth at 00:30 the previous eve, Ian and I didn't really expect to set eyes on either commercial diver student before we departed Bovisand.
My throat continued to sting every time I swallowed and I hoped dearly that it was Stewart's diagnosis of swallowing salt water and breathing compressed air and not the beginnings of a cold...
Following a farewell to Joe and a final photo of Plymouth Sound we departed from Fort Bovisand and headed to Wembury Point just around the headland, where my sibling got wed September last. After finishing my first film on my new camera, and several minutes whereby Ian calibrated his GPS, we wandered round Wembury bay before taking a leisurely drive home on the A30.
