We get up to switch rooms again! We had a quick breakfast and arranged to stay another night.
Ian insisted we get the bus to the supermarket in Victoria Park to get some supplies where I took the opportunity to buy some traditional baked beans for lunch. I got some conditioner for my hair too! Yippee!
Instead of going straight back to the youth hostel we got off the bus at Karangahape Road in search of a Sunnto dive computer. We didn't have any luck so walked back to the youth hostel for lunch. I cooked us baked beans with sausages on toasted bagels which was quite nice. It was unusual to be back in a kitchen after eight weeks.
We headed for the cyber cafe straight after lunch and reconvened our menial typing task for another day. I had set myself a target this time, to complete the uploading to the end of October. After 7 hours 30 minutes whereby it had reached 21:00 local time we wandered back into Queen Street as a break in search of something to eat. We returned to the cyber cafe for another 4 hours in to the early hours of the morning. I completed my October journal within a few minutes of returning and cracked on with November, checking my e-mails for respite. It is great to hear from people back home, especially when they send you pictures and tell you tales of how whey have appeared in publications...
