A morning game drive in the Serengeti where there plenty of gazelles,antelopes,elephants and birds. We also saw a pride of lions, all resting in the long grasses.
We went back to Pimba camp for brunch before departing for Ngorongoro to camp for the second night.
We arrived at Simba-a campsite in the rain. Our tent seemed to have disappeared so we erected the only left, having checked that another couple weren't missing their tent, which once erected turned out to be crap. Having gotten the inside wet and muddy it turned out that Jos and Kim had our tent and so we quickly grabbed it from them adn erected it ourselves taking care not to get the inside wet and muddy!
Dinner was a little serving of rice with African style chicken, which meant that it was hacked to pieces with splinters of bone. As a result we filled up on a Pringles supper huddled around a paraffin lamp shivering as the wind blew through the chicken wire windows...
